This page sets out the rules for using TSTR Hub at tstr.directory. "We" and "us" mean TSTR Hub. "You" means anyone using the site. By using the site, you accept these terms.

Please read them. If you don't agree with something here, don't use the site.

1. What TSTR Hub does

We run a directory of testing laboratories and testing service providers. On the site you can:

• Search for testing providers by industry, location, and the standards they work to
• Submit a company for listing
• Find contact details for listed providers
• See certification and capability information we've gathered from public sources

2. Accounts

Some parts of the site need an account. Give us accurate details when you register, and keep your password to yourself.

You're responsible for:

• Anything done using your account
• Keeping your password secure
• Telling us straight away if someone else uses your account
• Logging out when you're finished

3. How you may use the site

When you use TSTR Hub, you agree to:

• Give accurate information
• Keep to the law
• Leave our systems alone, including not trying to break into them
• Not disrupt the site or its servers
• Ask before you run automated tools against the site
• Respect other people's intellectual property
• Not submit false or misleading company information

4. Listings

4.1 If you submit a listing

By submitting a company, you're confirming that:

• You're allowed to submit it on the company's behalf
• The information is accurate and current
• The company genuinely provides testing services
• You'll keep the listing up to date

4.2 About the accuracy of what you read here

Please read this part. Certifications and capabilities shown on the site come from public sources. We have not independently checked them. Where we don't hold a document, we leave the field blank instead of guessing. Before you engage a laboratory, confirm its credentials with the laboratory itself and with the accreditation body that issued them.

5. Intellectual property

5.1 Our content

The site, and the content and features we've built, belong to TSTR Hub and our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

5.2 Your content

When you submit content, you give us permission to use, display, and distribute it as part of running the site. This permission is worldwide, non-exclusive, and royalty-free.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. It applies alongside these terms.

7. What we don't promise

7.1 The site as it is

We provide the site as it is. We don't guarantee that it will always be available, or that everything on it is complete or free of errors.

7.2 We're a directory, nothing more

TSTR Hub doesn't carry out testing, issue certifications, or give professional advice. If you decide to work with a provider listed here, that decision and its consequences are yours.

7.3 Limits on our liability

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. That includes lost profits, lost data, lost business, and damage to reputation.

8. If you cause us a claim

If someone brings a claim against us because of what you did, you agree to cover our costs, including legal fees. This covers claims arising from:

• Your use of the site
• Your breach of these terms
• Your infringement of someone else's rights, including copyright, property, and privacy rights
• Harm caused to a third party by content you submitted

9. Ending access

We can suspend or close an account and block access to the site, without notice, if the terms here are broken.

If you want to close your account, stop using the site or ask us to remove it.

10. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where TSTR Hub operates. If we don't enforce part of these terms straight away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a significant change, we'll give at least 30 days notice before it takes effect. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply to you.

12. If part of this is unenforceable

If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. These terms are the whole agreement between us about the site, and they replace anything agreed earlier.
